PARKING
- Street parking is only allowed in marked, assigned spaces.
- No parking in front of your villa or blocking the driveway.
POOL & SPA
- If you’d like your pool/spa heated during your stay, you must add pool heat to your reservation as an add-on service; there is a daily fee that varies depending on the pool size. You can also request pool/spa heat post-arrival by contacting the Guest Services team: (407) 606-6163.
- During the summer months, pool heat is only needed for the spa; the pool will already be at its maximum temperature from the weather outside.
- Your pool will be serviced 2x per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM-6PM. Expect a technician to come by through the back.
TRASH
- Trash bins are located at the side of your home, and trash collection services run every day.
- This resort does not offer recycling services so please throw
away recycling along with the trash.
- General household trash must be securely bagged in a proper white or black trash bag and placed inside the trash bins outside your front door. The use of plastic grocery bags for trash is prohibited.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEAT
To ensure you keep your cool throughout your stay, please note the following AC guidelines:
- Thermostats should be set to “automatic” and cool (or heat). We recommend 72°-76°.
Note: Setting the thermostat below 72° will freeze the unit and result in a service call to rectify the problem, therefore no air conditioning for several hours. You may incur service charges to rectify frozen systems. - Fully close all doors and windows. Leaving the sliders open for extended periods of time will interfere with the temperature inside your home and may result in a several-hour shutdown of the HVAC system.
VOLTAGE
Voltage in the United States is 110 volts. Be sure to use the correct setting on your travel appliances, which must be dual voltage (e.g. hairdryers, etc). The hairdryers and appliances you’ll find in the house have U.S. voltage. If needed, plug adaptors can be purchased at a local grocery store or pharmacy.
CHECK OUT
- Please check out of your villa by no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
- To inquire about late check-out, be sure to give us a buzz prior to your departure day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
